FANTASTIC NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY – Hotel Night Reception/Porter

Immediate start!

The Villa Express is part of The Villa Hotel Group based at junction 3 off the M55 within easy access from Blackpool and Preston.

Duties to include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Taking payments
  • Taking care of the guests in house

On a rolling rota basis:

  • 4 nights on
  • 4 nights off
  • 32 hours per week – Permanent contract

HOUSEKEEPER – IMMEDIATE START

The Villa Express is seeking to appoint a Part-time Housekeeper

To ensure all areas, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, adhere to the hotel’s high hygiene standard.

To understand the importance of cleanliness on customer satisfaction.

To have the ability to work well in a team as well as using own initiative.

To have a keen eye for detail. To be hard working and have the ability to work to deadlines.

Must be flexible and able to work weekends, bank holidays shifts on a weekly rota basis.

Must be able to lift items and change beds on a daily basis.

Work experience preferred but not essential as training will be given! Flexible hours

HOTEL RECEPTIONIST – IMMEDIATE START

The Villa Hotel Group is seeking to appoint a Full-time Hotel Receptionist for both The Villa Express and The Villa Wrea Green.

The role will involve assisting with many and varied guest requirements from check-in to check-out, answering the telephone and taking reservations ensuring excellent guest service at all times.

· You’ll be well presented and have excellent customer and communication skills with a good command of spoken English.

· You’ll also be able to work as part of a team as well as showing your own initiative whilst displaying exceptional standards of customer care at all times.

You must have:
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent command of English
-Passion for the hospitality industry

To include weekends

HOUSEKEEPING STAFF REQUIRED – IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for a self-motivating, enthusiastic person, happy to work as part of a team or on their own.

As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning the hotel bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure that hotel rooms are clean, tidy and inviting for guests to a high standard. You will be also required to complete additional cleaning tasks in the back of house and public areas.

Working 5 days out of 7 including weekends.

Previous hotel housekeeping experience required, but not necessary as full training will be provided.
